Gain new insights as Rudi guides you through a comprehensive tasting of 11 Pinot Noirs and Rieslings from this unique New Zealand region, whilst he imparts his knowledge of the key influencers that have put Central Otago on the world wine map. Enjoy learning about how climate, terroir, vine age, viticultural practice and winemaking styles affect Central Otago wines, combined with the opportunity to ask your host any questions that may arise.

New Zealand Winegrowers invites you to take a tour of our winegrowing regions and discover how the classic varieties of Pinot Noir and Riesling, so closely identified with the terroir of the Old World, are now thriving in their new 'home', thousands of miles away.

You will not only learn about New Zealand's ability to produce stunning examples of these varieties, but also discover the unique character expressed in these wines, as a result of the country's dramatically diverse winegrowing regions.

The seminar will be led by one of Asia's pre-eminent wine commentators, Simon Tam, who will be joined by a panel of leading New Zealand winemakers.
