Bouldevines Wines

Gumfields by West Brook

West Brook winery, one of New Zealand's founding wineries, established in 1935 in Henderson, moved in 2000 to a new purpose built winery in the tranquil Ararimu Valley in the Waimauku region, northwest of Auckland. The venture consists of a modern winery, winery sales and tasting gallery, that overlooks the inner workings of the winery and barrel room on one side, and vineyard vistas on the other. Located just 25 minutes drive from Auckland, it is an idyllic retreat for city dwellers with a yearn for the country and a taste for fine wines. Haythornthwaite Wines

A boutique family owned vineyard focusing on quality rather than quantity. Located in Martinborough, South Wairarapa, New Zealand on an ancient alluvial river terrace made up of deep, free draining gravel overlaid with a gravely silt loam. The vineyard produces Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. First plantings were in 1992 with the first vintage in 1997. Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer have been entered into New Zealand and London competitions, gaining Bronze, Silver and Gold medals, with the 2009 Gewurztraminer gaining the Champion Desert Wine at the 2009 Bragato show in New Zealand.

Konrad Wines

The company is owned by Konrad and Sigrun Hengstler. The Hengstlers originally migrated from Germany to Australia and having decided to become involved in the wine industry realised New Zealand and specifically Marlborough was the place to plant Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Noir. Two Gates Vineyard

Two Gates Vineyard is BioGro certified Organic, and situated in the heart of the Gimblett Gravels Wine growing district, a unique sub area of the well recognised and highly acclaimed Hawke's Bay wine producing region. Vineyard development commenced in 2001, and operated under organics from the outset. The vineyard is planted in red grape varieties exclusively, comprising Syrah (47%), and Bordeaux varieties - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec – 53%. The first vintage was harvested in 2004. The first release of handcrafted BioGro certified organic wines, a 2007 Syrah, and 2007 Bordeaux blend "Omahu" are scheduled for spring 2009.

Zepelin
